Here is what the U.S. could do to be successful in there endeavor in Iraq:
Step 1: Keep doing what were doing in Iraq but also install a fake Islamic Extremists group in Iraq consisting of U.S. Army volunteers of middle eastern descent. This group will be larger than all of the forces in Iraq opposing the U.S.
Step 2: Get the Iraqi forces opposing the U.S. to ally or join with our fake group, through the promise of vast funding.
Step 3: Get everyone allied or in our fake group together at a huge "planning meeting" by getting a terrorist supporting country to supply the space for the meeting in there country.
Step 4: When everyone is at the meeting send our special forces into the country and kill everyone not originally in the fake group or that is allied with the fake group.
Note: We might differ our own (American) troops from the real extremists in our fake group by imbedding an undetectible tracking implant under the skin of our troops to identify them before much of this plan is set into action.
Step 5: With the opposition in Iraq mostly killed, tie up some loose ends, make sure Iraqs government and police/military is strong enough.
Step 6: Pull out of Iraq and turn over all control of Iraq to the new Iraqi democratic government.
